I can't say enough good things about working with Filipe. He's genuinely changed the way I think about travel planning. For this trip, I already had my flights and hotels booked, so I wasn't looking for full-service travel planning. Filipe helped me with my rental car and, more importantly, walked me through the insurance options to make sure I had the right coverage for my situation. At the time, it felt like one of those details you hope you'll never need, until my trip took an unexpected turn.
Severe weather caused my flight to be diverted, throwing a wrench into my plans and creating a domino effect of issues. Thanks to Filipe's recommendation, I had travel insurance that ended up saving me from what could have been several thousand dollars in out-of-pocket costs.
What really stood out was how quickly he jumped in to help when things started unraveling. Even though he hadn't booked every part of my trip, he treated the situation as if he had. He was incredibly responsive, helped me find a backup hotel, suggested alternative excursions, and worked directly with the car rental company to adjust my reservation. Throughout the whole ordeal, he kept me updated and made sure I always knew what was happening.
Anyone can help book a trip. What sets Filipe apart is that he's there when things don't go according to plan. His knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a stressful travel situation into a manageable one. Fil was absolutely incredible in helping us plan the perfect girls' weekend in Denver! He found us an amazing VRBO that met all of our needs and most importantly was in a highly walkable location.
Throughout the entire process, Fil was incredibly responsive and handled all the logistics for us. Fil took all the stress out of the planning process so we could focus on having fun.
