Farrah was our travel advisor through Fora Travel, and working with her was one of the best decisions we made for our trip.

We stayed at the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas from April 11–15, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. This wasn’t a party trip for us—we were looking for a luxury, relaxing, pampered getaway—and Farrah absolutely nailed it.

She guided us to the Encore, which offered a more intimate, refined atmosphere, while still giving us easy access to the energy, dining, and sophistication of the Wynn next door.

On top of that, she secured incredible perks for us—including a complimentary upgrade to a stunning 1,400 sq. ft. Encore Tower Parlor Suite on the 51st floor, daily breakfast for two, and a $100 spa credit. My wife absolutely loved her experience at the Encore spa, which was a highlight of her trip.

Farrah’s knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness are top-tier. She’s easy to reach, communicates clearly, and most importantly—she gets it right.

Next time, we won’t spend hours going back and forth trying to figure out where to stay or what to book. We’ll go straight to Farrah and trust her to handle it.

Booking our Tokyo trip through Farrah was such a great experience. I didn’t have the time to research hotels and simply told her what we were looking for and our budget. She recommended the Fairmont Tokyo—a brand-new hotel that wasn’t even on my radar—and it turned out to be the most wonderful, comfortable stay.
