We are so grateful to Farrah for helping us with our dream honeymoon to the Four Seasons Bora Bora. She made our trip extra special by securing amazing agent perks that we used. We also had a lovely surprise waiting in our room upon arrival; in addition to champagne and treats, we had a lovely personal, handwritten welcome card from Farrah. She also sent email check-ins before the trip and upon arrival, which made us feel so valued, especially since we experienced a travel delay. We were consistently impressed by Farrah's prompt responses, kindness, and overall attentiveness. Farrah truly went above and beyond, and we cannot wait to book with her again for our future travels!

Farrah was amazing and answered all my questions. I have a severe tree nut allergy, and she made sure that this was noted on my hotel profile. We were greeted with several welcome amenities to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we appreciated it so much. Farrah was amazing. She was constantly in touch with us to make sure the bookings were satisfactory and to our request. She caught up with us just before we traveled for any last minute queries or update. Amazing service and we have used her again for our Peru trip.
