Farrah was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! She made booking my stay at Le Mount Stephen completely seamless. She followed up before my trip to ensure everything was arranged, helped coordinate early check-in/late check-out when possible, and I was even eligible for an upgrade upon arrival. The hotel credits were an amazing bonus and were easily used toward cocktails, dinner, and the delicious breakfast. Her pricing is also better than anywhere else I’ve found, especially with all the added perks. She is incredibly attentive and responds within minutes whenever I have a question. I highly recommend booking with Farrah.
