Booking our Tokyo trip through Farrah was such a great experience. I didn’t have the time to research hotels and simply told her what we were looking for and our budget. She recommended the Fairmont Tokyo—a brand-new hotel that wasn’t even on my radar—and it turned out to be the most wonderful, comfortable stay.
Farrah made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She kept an eye on rates and proactively let us know when prices dropped so we could rebook and save money, and she even helped with last-minute room change requests. Communication was always quick and clear, which made everything easy.
Between a busy job and young kids, it was such a relief to fully trust someone to handle the logistics. I’d highly recommend Farrah to anyone looking for a seamless, thoughtful travel planning experience, and we’ll absolutely be working with her again for future trips!
