Fabian was there from the beginning to the end: Very responsive (usually <1h response time), thoughtful in his recommendations and helpful in any way imaginable. Even though there was no special rate available for this property at the time of booking, he helped us in securing an upgrade to the highest suite category and a beautiful welcome gift. We will definitely come back to Fabian for our hotel bookings in the future.

Fabian took excellent care of us at all times and provided us with outstanding support during the booking process. He also contacted us when prices changed, etc. He was extremely friendly and always available. He responded to inquiries very quickly and was always ready to help. He also handled communication with the hotel for specific inquiries. Excellent service and definitely worth recommending. Which I have already done ;). We will definitely book through Fabian again.
