Erin is the most amazing travel agent! She is patient, thorough and very communicative, and always stays on top of our planning and constantly changing needs. For this trip, we were originally supposed to go to Jamaica. With the hurricane damage only 10 days before our trip, she jumped into action and helped us to rebook everything. She always comes to the table with various hotel options, room recommendations and ensures we have everything we need upon arrival, which is a huge plus when traveling with small children. We 1000% recommend Travel by Bird!

Our accommodations needed to provide a certain level of comfort without busting anyone's budget. Erin hit it out of the ballpark with her hotel, restaurant, and transportation recommendations. She provided us with 3-4 thoughtful options and listed the pros and cons for our group. She made the daunting task of booking group travel a breeze! When I couldn't find my confirmation from the transportation company, I sent her a note, and within an hour, she sent it back to me, which is incredible considering we were 8 hours apart in time zones. I can't wait to book another trip with Erin.
