Erin is a great communicator and negotiator. A large group reservation can be tough on your own but Erin makes it easy.

Erin is wonderful! She was very responsive to our requests and had some good dinner recommendations. She even got us an upgrade for our room, and that was an excellent surprise! Erin is quick to reply to an email, and I look forward to working with her again.

I have not been disappointed with any of the recommendations Erin made for this trip. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Guests just need to be aware they are not close to St Marks area.
