I'm not used to being able to check in early and getting upgraded to a penthouse with 360-degree views of the entire city. I would definitely recommend Erin Arnold to anyone looking for a travel advisor who looks our for your every need. The location was across the street from where my business meetings were taking place and the 41st floor penthouse suite literally had 360 degrees of all of downtown Chicago. The hotel was adjacent to great restaurants. The neighborhood was super safe. Erin has an incredible gift in finding great hotels at the right price, the perfect location with great perks. From now on, she's booking all my travel. Thank you Erin for making a business trip a great experience.
