Every time we have Ericka arrange anything for our travels, it has been done to the highest of standards. She is exceptional at her job. We will continue, gladly, to utilize her talents for all future travel needs. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have had times where arrangements, usually flight oriented, did not pan out, because flying commercial these days leaves a lot to be desired. Ericka would work tirelessly and rapidly to help us figure things out and get us back on track. We love working with her.

Ericka did so much for me, it was really cool. While I was on vacation and needed help she always responded quickly and figured out the situation!
