Travel Style
Things I love: delicious local food, exploring a new town, sharing a great bottle of wine, hotel rooms with a view, cocktails at a fab hotel bar, sunsets at the beach, wine country anywhere in the world, excellent service and reading a book by a beautiful pool. Things I can't stand: overly crowded places, hotels that gross me out, wasting a meal on something touristy, rodents of any kind, crappy wine, mean people, being over-scheduled and not having anything scheduled at all.

Planning this trip took so many detours. We initially said no to Hawaii and gave Erica dramatically different parameters for our trip. But as we honed in on our preferences, we pivoted a number of times and ended up in Hawaii. Erica was responsive (even during times I know she was on her own family vacation), accommodating and active in offering suggestions. So helpful!

Erica is the absolute BEST! She will search and search until she finds you the perfect location - her attention to detail is unmatched. She’s super patient with indecisive clients, too.

Erica was so helpful and made booking a breeze. She helped me decide which resort to select and also made sure we had connecting rooms and added the breakfast buffet and sent a welcome tray to each room. I would definitely book with Erica again!!

Fun Christmas in Chicago
There’s something magical about Christmastime in Chicago. Not even the Grinch could resist feeling festive amidst the twinkling lights, ice skating, Christmas markets, and beautifully decorated hotels and restaurants. A Christmastime trip to Chicago will leave you feeling like a kid again!

Beaune, France: Foodie and Wine Lover’s Paradise in Burgundy
Beaune is an enchanting haven for foodies and wine-lovers in the heart of Burgundy. Just a quick two hour train ride from Paris, Beaune is the perfect homebase for exploring this famous wine region. The village of Beaune is quaint, picturesque, and walkable, with cobblestone streets, walled ramparts, boutique shopping, and delicious restaurants. During my recent trip to Beaune, I meandered through the most incredible farmer’s market I have ever seen, spent a day tasting Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays in the beautiful vineyards and cellars of Corton and Pommard, and learned to cook a proper Burgundian meal during a terrific cooking class. For my family of foodies, Beaune was a truly magical place to soak in French food and culture, away from the hustle and bustle of Paris.

Aruba: The Ultimate Warm Getaway in January
Aruba calls itself “One Happy Island” for a reason - it is impossible not to feel the joyful island spirit here! Aruba is outside the hurricane belt, making it a year-round destination, but it is truly the ultimate warm getaway in January. The turquoise water, blue skies, and calming breeze are the perfect balm for the winter blues. I’ve been to Aruba four times and have fallen more in love with this special island each time. In Aruba you will find great resorts, excellent restaurants, picturesque beaches, breathtaking natural landscapes and a diverse array of activities, from snorkeling to desert explorations.
