I love the thrill of experiencing new places, but I also have my favorite go-to spots where I can slip easily into relaxation. I enjoy a mix of laid-back beach vacations and culture-packed globe-trotting adventures. As a former teacher, I have a thirst for learning, an obsessive attention to detail, and a passion for planning experiences that children and adults will enjoy. When I travel, you will find me taking long walks, dining in great restaurants, exploring all the shops, and soaking in the culture and history of a place. I have found that the best adventures are those that skim the touristy stops and focus instead on exploring neighborhoods and cultural sites like a local. I often plan my day around what I will be eating and drinking - there's not better way to explore a place than through it's cuisine!

Erica recommended the Bar Harbor Grand Hotel and gave us suggestions on several activities in and around Bar Harbor. Erica made reservations for a Guided Ebike tour of Acadia National Park on the carriage roads this was a 20 mile ride and we stopped by the Jordan Pond to enjoy their famous Popovers. We also visited the Bass Harbor Lighthouse, hiked along the coast and walked the land bridge over at low tide to Bar Island.
