The hotel is an older hotel in Philadelphia but great location in the heart of the city. Eric recommended this option for a brief family getaway and ensured all amenities were extended!

Eric shared the details of an early arrival ahead of time to the staff and ensured that Virtuoso amenities were extended on behalf of him for the pre-conference stay. The team not only had a welcome amenity but they also looked after the solo visit in a very thoughtful way from the dining, spa and transfers needed!

Eric made the booking process for the stay at The Royal at Atlantis very seamless. He knew the preferences for the special family reunion, contacted the hotel in advance and also made sure the hotel team knew the details to make the arrival as efficient and personalized for the family of 4!
