Eric did a wonderful job with this reservation. He found a property that fit my expectations of being walking distance to the passport center and still close enough to the downtown shopping district, which was a 15 minute walk or a $10 Uber away. Eric was able to confirm benefits of staying at this property and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Eric was fast with his communication and I was blown away by all of the benefits — FB credit, welcome gifts, M Lounge access, early check-in, late check-out, breakfast, snacks, and gifts! The value of the stay exceeded my expectations.

Eric did a fantastic job with this reservation. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth. Eric was able to make my stay more personal with hotel perks and he was able to communicate with the hotel when I needed an additional night. I would use Eric again for future travel.
