In 1971, my parents took me to the first rope drop of Walt Disney World. I have opened every park since then. I traveled as a specialized freight hauler for 2 million miles. I ate, and visited most of the obscure parts of our country while doing so. As a chef and caterer of 15 years, and currently, I choose cruises for the experience of being served. I also marvel at the engineering of the ships. I have a culinary degree and rate most destinations by the quality and taste of the food I indulge in there. I love wine and spirits, a great aged pipe tobacco, and a fantastic cigar. I have been single and married for equally long, and have 10 children, so I know how to have fun, both ways!
