Eric was fantastic to work with throughout our entire experience. He made sure we had the right car for snowy conditions, arranged excellent lodging in the perfect location, and planned thoughtful excursions for our trip. He stayed in touch the whole time, and when a pipe unfortunately burst in our hotel room, he immediately stepped in and took action. I was truly impressed by Eric’s dedication to his clients, and I highly recommend him.
