I recently returned from my first “big ship” cruise and thanks to Eric’s help, I felt like a pro before embarking. Eric was a helpful resource and gave us all the information needed along with personal recommendations and first-hand knowledge. From start to finish, Eric was incredibly responsive and his recommendations were spot on, helping me choose the perfect cabin, plan dining and get excursions I wanted. Every detail was handled seamlessly, making the booking process stress-free despite it being fairly short notice. I felt confident in his expertise and attention to detail throughout and I’ll definitely work with Eric again for my future travels. Highly recommend!

Eric was amazing to work with! He was very prompt and responsive. He seemed very knowledgeable and just overall was a pleasure to work with. This experience was my first time booking a vacation thru a travel agent but Eric came highly recommended and he definitely delivered. I will definitely use him again for future travel.

Eric was amazing, he took care of all travel arrangements for the entire group, 14 of us. We even had last min add on's and Eric made all changes for us. There was only 1 room that was supposed to be in our group but, ended up on the other side and end of the boat, we were on the same floor just not next to one of another with the rest of the group. Felt that was a bummer because we did not end up spending as much time with them as we would have liked.

Eric was fantastic!! He listened to what we wanted out of this trip, picked a few great choices for us, and helped us decide what would be best. All of his picks were great, cost was within our budget, and the locations were exactly what we were looking for. Will be using Eric again for any future trip planning we need to make! A pleasure to work with, very friendly, and had great communication for any of our concerns. Thanks again Eric!
