We can't say enough good things about Emma! She worked with us for 5-6 months on this trip, including an initial intro call to learn about our wants (along with our budget, which she paid closer attention to than we did in the end!), probably 80+ emails exchanged as we worked through multiple revisions and edits to the itinerary, and outstanding on-trip support via text; she reached out to us proactively at several points to check in and was responsive to any questions we had. During the entire process she was professional and patient at every turn--including as we dithered back and forth about a couple of last-minute itinerary changes while traveling--and never made us feel like we were bothering her. It was obvious that she had deep knowledge of the area we were traveling to and her connections with hotels/resorts were a huge value add. We probably wouldn't have found the places we ended up staying on our own and definitely wouldn't have gotten the perks/upgrades we received without Emma. The entire 12-day trip went off without a single hitch and we will remember it forever! We highly recommend Emma's services and will be using her for all our travel in the future. Thank you!

Emma put together a wonderful itinerary for our trip to Northern Spain. She chose our hotels in four cities all of which were well located and an easy walk to the activities we planned to do. She found several ‘skip the line‘ tours so we didn’t have to waste our vacation time waiting on long lines to get into popular venues. She also made our dinner reservations at an assortment of interesting restaurants all within walking distance to our hotels. We didn’t rent a car so Emma arranged for drivers to pick us up and take us to various activities outside the city such as an all day tour of several wineries. When she couldn’t make the hotel reservations for the original itinerary in one city due to a big local soccer event, she found a solution which resulted in an improved itinerary and an additional city. We highly recommend booking with Emma Tames!
