Emily was beyond fantastic from beginning to end. She was tireless in her research to find us an amazing destination. And when they had put us in the wrong room Emily sprang to action and made sure the situation was corrected quickly. Can't say enough about her. Highly recommended!

It was wonderful working with Emily on this trip. It was a difficult ask to plan a very last minute trip for our family of five PLUS a dog, on one of the busiest travel weekends of the year. But Emily worked hard to come up with a few very nice options for us, and we were really pleased with the outcome. I had never heard of Topnotch before working with Emily, and I'm so grateful she pointed us there. I would absolutely work with Emily again. She was super responsive, kind and very knowledgeable.

Emily was super responsive to my inquiries, and her recommendations for hotel, activities, and restaurants were excellent. She went above and beyond getting us a sought after reservation at El Camino in Palma, Mallorca. She checked in daily with our hotel concierge who has a personal contact at El Camino until she was able to score us a reservation. BTW, the restaurant was out of this world. HIGHLY recommend.

Emily is responsive, knowledgeable and simply well traveled. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants a well thought out trip.
