Emily was new to me and helped me organize this trip to PR. She was so easy to work with. She listened to my family's usual vacation ideas, hopes, plans and found us the hotel that suited us the most. She offered to arrange a few excursions (which typically I give as a to-do for my husband) and set us up for the rain forest adventure. (highly recommend). Because they were short staffed and it being high season, they tried to change our trip time/day by text. I reached out to Emily and she IMMEDIATELY got back to me and sorted things out. We had a great experience. Had I had more time to work with her, I would have dome more planning but I would recommend her wholeheartedly, without any reservation! Thank you Emily

All the details of our trip were handled efficiently and we experienced zero problems. All went smoothly from the time we left home until our return.
