Emily has as unique gift for understanding the types of experiences we love when we travel, from lodgings to meals to activities. She provided an exhaustive list of interesting possibilities complete with a map and pithy description of each spot, so it was easy to decide if we wanted to do something - and how to find it! She offered to get us into another hotel when we shared what was going on at El Monte Sagrado. She was responsive and helpful every step of the way. All her arrangements were executed perfectly and we will be engaging her for all our future trips.
