Ellen did an absolutely amazing job for us! We had never been to Baltimore before and had no idea where to stay. Ellen provided several great options tailored to what was important to us—both in terms of the property itself and proximity to the attractions we wanted to visit during out stay.

She even secured a few complimentary perks from the hotel, which was a wonderful bonus. Best of all, after we booked, the hotel dropped its rates—and Ellen rebooked us at the lower price without us even having to ask!

This was our first time utilizing a travel agent, and now we can’t imagine going back to spending hours online researching hotels and neighborhoods on our own. With Ellen, we just told her what we were looking for, and she delivered— AND at a better price than we could find ourselves. Highly recommend!
