This is our second time booking The W with Ella and she’s a magician when it comes to maximizing our perks. The room upgrade was incredible for the price Ella got us (we saved over $1K) - basically a 1.5 bed suite where our toddler ended up having his own room. Ella is very detailed and organized, remembering to follow up with the concierge ahead of our trip so that all the requests are met. Not only were we traveling with our kid, it was also our anniversary so it was an important trip- Ella ensured it was special and we don’t have to lift a finger.
