Ella strikes again! There's no way we would have received the treatment and perks at this price point if we did not book with Ella. In addition, leading up to our trip, Ella checked in with the property regularly to ensure our reservation is a priority for the hotel, confirming details, and keeping us informed - we did not have to deal with the property at all. We continue to book with Ella because at any rate, booking with her guarantees added perks we otherwise would not get, like generous resort credit, early check in and late checkout, and upgrades like the one we had this time.
