We had an amazing experience working with Ella to plan our family vacation to Turks and Caicos! Traveling with a family of three, it was important to find a resort that was both beautiful and truly family-friendly, and they exceeded our expectations.
She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and recommended the perfect hotel. The property was stunning, the beach was absolutely breathtaking, and there were plenty of activities and amenities that made our trip enjoyable and stress-free for both the adults and our child.
The entire booking process was seamless, and Ella was knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive to every detail. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible vacation.

Besides Ella's tireless effort in ensuring everything was ready for our stay, we also felt the privilege once we got to the property, including early check-in and late check-out.

This is our second time booking The W with Ella and she’s a magician when it comes to maximizing our perks. The room upgrade was incredible for the price Ella got us (we saved over $1K) - basically a 1.5 bed suite where our toddler ended up having his own room. Ella is very detailed and organized, remembering to follow up with the concierge ahead of our trip so that all the requests are met. Not only were we traveling with our kid, it was also our anniversary so it was an important trip- Ella ensured it was special and we don’t have to lift a finger.
