Elizabeth listened to our needs, offered suggestions, and worked with us to make a memorable vacation. When our flights were changed, she was there to change our bookings, helping us to avoid cancellation fees. We will definitely use her again.

Elizabeth checked on us at every stop of our trip to make sure everything was going well and offer help if we needed anything. She had her own trip at the same time but that did not stop her from checking on us. Our flight to Amsterdam was cancelled and I contacted management about options to extend our stay - soon after, I got a text from Elizabeth to see if there's anything she could do to help. She was truly wonderful for every single part of this trip experience and I can say she made the trip amazing. I could not have done this on my own and if I had, it wouldn't have been nearly as nice OR fun. I'm sharing her name with anyone looking to plan a trip and I will absolutely call her again and again as we travel.

Elizabeth listened to all our interest and concerns and came up with the perfect location. We were able to view and be a part of NYE celebration and viewing the fireworks right from our hotel!

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing. All I gave her was a list of cities we wanted to go, and dates we could travel and she ran with it. She put together an unforgettable trip, taking all of our goals and wish lists into account when picking hotels and potential excursions at each stop. She answered all of my questions quickly, gave great insights and checked on us in each of the cities to make sure we were okay and ask if we needed anything. All of the hotels were wonderful, all of the experiences were unforgettable, and I'm pretty sure this trip would not have happened without her!
