Liz was absolutely amazing to work with. She coordinated our entire trip to the Hard Rock Punta Cana for my family of 8 in under a month and handled every detail seamlessly. From transportation to confirming reservations and checking in on everything before and during the trip, she made the entire process stress-free. She even coordinated a spa experience for me, my husband, and my mother-in-law using points, and helped plan birthday dinner arrangements, which made the trip extra special. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care really stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent, and I’m already looking forward to planning our Greece trip with her next.
