Liz was absolutely amazing to work with. She coordinated our entire trip to the Hard Rock Punta Cana for my family of 8 in under a month and handled every detail seamlessly. From transportation to confirming reservations and checking in on everything before and during the trip, she made the entire process stress-free. She even coordinated a spa experience for me, my husband, and my mother-in-law using points, and helped plan birthday dinner arrangements, which made the trip extra special. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care really stood out.
