As a travel writer and self-proclaimed nerd, my life goal is to explore new places and learn new things (especially when traveling with my husband and two kids). I'm always on the go, but when I'm ready to chill, I love a good view, a local meal and a great glass of wine.
My Travel Style
What I love most about travel is that it gives us new experiences, and connections across cultures, that simply don't happen in day-to-day life. My beautiful home state of North Carolina is my inspiration, but I'm equally at home in the South of France as in the American South. I love history, art, culture and food as much as I do hiking or lounging on a beautiful beach.
