Elisabeth helped us plan a great road trip down the Oregon coast. From booking hotels, ideas for great activities our family enjoyed, and suggestions for some memorable restaurants - we appreciated getting her tips and ideas.

Communication was timely and clear. My daughter broke her leg and could not come on our trip. We no longer needed the extra room. The hotel does not usually do refunds but because of the unusual situation, Elisabeth went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get a refund on the extra room.

Her knowledge of the area, assistance with booking of the hotel, scheduling of activities, and listing of restaurants to visit made for a perfect first visit to Bologna, Italy.
