She is very responsible, friendly, responsive and listens to our needs. I am a control frick, but with Elena I don’t need to control, I can relax and take bookings of my shoulders knowing that everything will be done the best way!! And this is such a relief!! We went to Iceland to celebrate my birthday, and it turned out to be one of the most amazing trips ever!
