Elaina Holsey

Transport from the airport to Hampton was chaotic. We were looking for a tram or people mover train for the P3 train. If the Ptrain was described as a shuttle bus, that would have helped. Also its been my experience when traveling with a group, the travel agent arranges transport from the airport and ship, therefore making it a smoother transition.

Elaina did an excellent job communicating the necessary information we needed, including the documents required for travel and the pre-sail excursions and packages available. Overall, Elaina did a great job.

Elaina was instrumental in helping us plan this trip. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to ensuring a seamless travel experience were truly exceptional. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, she responded promptly and professionally.

She also went above and beyond to help resolve several issues we encountered at the hotel, even though those matters were beyond her control. Her dedication and support made a significant difference and gave us peace of mind throughout our travels.
