Eileen was incredible to work with for our travel planning. She sent us many amazing properties to choose from and really helped us make the right decision for our family/needs. She listened to what we wanted and understood what we were looking for.
Eileen was helpful every step of the way, from transportation arrangements to answering questions and making sure everything was taken care of. She checked in before, during, and after our trip, which was really appreciated. There was a sweet note and champagne/treats from her waiting when we arrived, a very thoughtful touch.
We are so grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend her. We will definitely be using Eileen again for future trips.

Our dates were constantly shifting and Eileen was patient and worked diligently to revise our itinerary until we were able to settle on dates. Her advice on which resorts best fit our needs was extensive, knowledgeable and accurate. I would not hesitate to rely on her again for planning our next trip.

Eileen has incredible taste and incredible work ethic. She curated an amazing list of hotels for my trip and each one blew me away more than the last.
