Dymond was excellent from the very beginning! I missed a wedding room block and she helped me book the right room for a good price! I then reached out to her again as I noticed price changes. She assisted me with changes and I know I was overwhelming and changing my mind throughout but she remained still as pleasant as ever and not the least bit annoyed with all my changing! She is amazing and I will use her for all my travel needs!

Dymond was AMAZING to book with. She made the entire process so easy. She also checked in multiple times to make sure our stay was what we expected and was ready to go to war if it wasn’t. She’s the best!
