We had an amazing experience working with Duc for our trip to the Bahamas! He is patient and pays attention to detail. Traveling with a baby can be stressful, but Duc proactively reached out to the property to secure extra amenities for us, including a crib and a microwave in our room. Having those essentials ready upon arrival made our stay incredibly smooth and stress-free.
