My travel advisor Donald Cook is the best! I would rate him 10/10! He helped me plan my cruise, gave me an itenarary, let me know if I ever needed him or had any questions I could always call him. Mr Cook helped me with my onboard credit and that was a plus for me, I really appreciated that. Mr Cook stands in business and he takes good care of his customers, I’m ready for him to help me book my next cruise. All the prep and hard work that Mr Cook does to ensure his client is taken care of definitely is noticed!! Great Job Mr Cook keep up the good work!

My name is Jaqueline Richardson, I just recently went in my first cruise on Odyssey of The Seas and I had the pleasure of Mr Donald Cook being my travel advisor. Mr. Cook was very professional as well as knowledgeable about the cruise itself and things I needed to have or get done to ensure I would be ready. I really appreciated that, if I needed to ask questions, all my concerns he listened and answered them for me. He really put me at ease and I wasn’t nervous while going in the cruise. I learned that it’s very advantageous to have an advisor and I couldn’t think of a better person. He opened my eyes to a whole new world and I would definitely use him again for my future trips as well as refer him to my family and friends. Job well done Mr Cook!! He did an outstanding job!!! Can’t wait to book my next trip with him.
