This trip was truly a 10 out of 10, and our travel advisor, Diana Lagace, was the reason why. What initially felt overwhelming and difficult to manage became a seamless, step-by-step adventure because of her guidance, care, and expertise. From the very beginning, Diana made us feel as though she was right there beside us throughout Spain, France, and Italy, guiding us through every detail of the journey.
What made Diana exceptional was the time she took to truly understand what mattered most to us. Florence, Pisa, Positano, and the Amalfi Coast were at the very top of our wish list, and she absolutely hit the bull’s-eye with every recommendation and experience.
One of the best examples of her dedication was at the Villefranche-sur-Mer port, where we did not have an official excursion planned. Diana personally created a self-guided day trip for us from the port to Nice and back. She thoughtfully mapped out exactly where to go, where to shop, where to eat, what to see, and even the perfect timing to ensure we returned to the ship stress-free and with plenty of time to spare.
The tours she selected for us through Viator were far more personal, thoughtful, and enjoyable than the excursions we booked ourselves through Norwegian Cruise Line. Every recommendation reflected her attention to detail and genuine desire to make our trip unforgettable.
Diana didn’t just plan a vacation — she created an experience we will always treasure. She was truly the reason our Mediterranean cruise was so perfect, and we are incredibly grateful to her for helping turn this journey into such a wonderful and successful adventure.
