Diana,from the moment you booked this Cruise until we flew to Miami to board the ship to the time we returned you were there every step of the way helping us making sure that we got our flights and everythingv we needed on the ship to seeing that everything went right. You were always there to guide and direct us and provide what we needed and it was a wonderful trip I really enjoyed it especially your help and guidance. The ship was well run and I really enjoyed the spa and Thermal experience it had. Diana did an excellent job planning this trip for us and make sure it went off without a hitch. I would recommend her to anyone that's interested in planning a trip she took care of all the details.

We had a wonderful family Pre Christmas vacation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cabin was kept clean and comfortable. On board entertainment and activities were fun.
