My Story
My first international flight was in 1999—and I’ve been hooked ever since. Over the past 25 years, I’ve explored 41 countries, and the journey is far from over. Travel has been my lifelong passion, and I’m eager to inspire and guide the next generation of explorers to experience the same sense of wonder the world has given me. It’s a mind-altering drug—like coffee! (If that’s your poison, Japan and Colombia are musts.) While I love my city, Toronto, I can’t imagine life without travel—it’s what keeps me truly alive.
Travel Style
I started out as a backpacker in the pre-mobile internet days (yes, with a well-worn Lonely Planet guide in hand!) and have since evolved into a lover of refined, luxury travel. Some of my most memorable stays include the Lake Palace in Udaipur, the historic Mena House in Cairo, and a cozy family getaway in a log cabin deep in Ontario’s cottage country.
I like to think of myself as both a curator and a purveyor of travel—simple and unique. Whether you’re dreaming up your next adventure or ready to make it happen, I’m here to help. No hourly fees (therapy sessions excluded).
