Deziree was very helpful with giving me choices of hotels to choose. She made sure I got all the amenities I was looking for. We had to change dates and she made sure we booked the correct dates. She gave me restaurant recommendations as well. We looked at possible excursions as well. I was happy with every aspect of my Birthday trip.
