Desiree was brilliant, finding the perfect hotel for us. Communication was excellent. Desiree found some lovely restaurants for us, a great tour at Jonnie walker followed by lunch at the rooftop bar; and a hilarious, educational and entertaining ghost walking tour. Our meal at the witchery and tea at the balmoral were also highlights. The itinerary provided was really helpful covering our whole stay.
