Derek was incredibly helpful in booking our cruise for us. He gave us plenty of information about what makes Virgin different and how to make our voyage as good as it could be.

Thank goodness I found Derek on Reddit. The best TA!! He offered the best incentives (better than any offers made through cruisecompete). Didn’t think we needed priority check-in but when we got there and saw the line for regular check-in my partner and I knew we were working with a pro. He kept us updated up through our sailing date and even during the cruise. He’s an ace. I’ve recommended him to others — hope they’ve used his services. Will be in touch for our next sailing!

Derek was great throughout the whole planning process. This was our first time doing a cruise with Virgin, so we had questions regarding the rooms and Sailor Loot. He answered all of our initial questions promptly and made us feel like this was going to be a great choice for us. The booking process was easy and we got bonus sailor loot by booking with him. Once booking was complete, Derek was still in communication with us just as prompt as before, so even though we were already booked, there was no change in his service. Prior to the cruise we asked him questions regarding currency, since we were going to be abroad, the type of outlets on the ship, and recommendations and tips of what to bring. He even reached out to us to let us know when Virgin changed the itinerary twice, which was great because we hadn't seen the email Virgin sent. He also let us know when restaurant reservations opened so we could get our first choices in time. We would certainly book with Derek again when we do another Virgin cruise because his customer service was great through the whole process.

Derek was great. I’ll definitely be booking my next Virgin cruise through him. The experience was super easy and the perks were an amazing bonus.
