It was wonderful working with Denise. We originally planned a trip with 6 people to stay at one resort. When more people joined in for our vacation. Denise was very accommodating to help us switch to a completely different resort according to the group’s budget. She provided multiple suggestions which made our vacation planning easy. I cannot thank Denise enough for the incredible staycation she had recently booked for me at The Singapore Edition. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt like a VIP, from the unexpected room upgrade, the most delicious donuts waiting for me in my room along with a note from her, the free (and probably one of the best) breakfast buffet every morning, AND not to mention, the hotel credit which I got to use at hotel’s restaurant. She also got me early check-in and late check-out so I could enjoy this staycation to the fullest! I can’t wait to book my next stay or trip with her. Highly recommend! SHE ⭐️ IS ⭐️ A ⭐️ STAR!
