Denise was instrumental with requesting a mattress topper. When I boarded and asked for one, they seemed to know and was on top of it. She sends us reminders of upcoming dining reservations but we are vets and know to book asap when available. Whenever we might have a question she responds quickly or informs us she is working on it. She is a good communicator and very prompt. I think Denise is a lovely human being and does her best to help her clients. Super responsive.

Denise does it again! It's our third time booking with her, and she again chose the best hotels for our trip. It wasn't the easiest one to book for, but she found us great places at great locations for prices that fit our budget. She really steered us in the right direction when I was conflicted about options. It's a 6 out of 5 stars service.
