Denise was amazing! She was prompt to respond to our questions and clearly communicated what to expect in a way to make our trip exceptional. I talked with her about my struggles with sleep and she chose a room that was absolutely perfect for us. It was clear she understood Virgin and their ships and was able to make our trip absolutely amazing. Already planning our next trip and will 100% book through her again.
