We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us plan our trip to Italy! Debbie Kleinbauer from Andiamo Travel Company found us the perfect apartment (so clean, so comfortable and with air conditioning!), arranged activities for a wide range of ages, and hooked us up with private tour guides who made such a difference especially with the tweens, teens, and grandparents. Everyone had on-the-spot needs that were so much easier to navigate with private tour guides.
Debbie was incredibly responsive throughout the trip, helping us with questions, changes, and last-minute ideas and bookings as our plans evolved.
Her pre-trip call also made us feel completely prepared and confident before we left. Her travel app was fantastic—it had everything in one place, from tickets and our daily schedule to restaurant recommendations, reservations, and tour details.
Debbie made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We are so grateful for her expertise, attention to detail, and care. She is truly the best. We are using her again to plan our March 2027 back to Europe. Cannot wait to see what she cooks up for us!

This was my first time traveling internationally and my first experience using a travel agent, and I truly could not have asked for a better person to guide me through it all. Debbie has a client for life.
She goes above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the experience is truly five-star. What I appreciated most was how much she cared not just about planning the trip, but about how I experienced it. She even took the time to do both a pre-trip and post-trip debrief, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.

Debbie was extremely helpful in finding us the perfect place to stay in France. We gave her a list of things we were looking for and she found Terre Blanche which met all of our criteria. She also worked with concierge on our behalf to book us fantastic meals and transfers everywhere we needed to go. Lastly, she was also helpful while we were there needing to move some things around in our schedule and making sure everything was handled so we could enjoy our trip.
