Debbie was absolutely amazing to work with and made our trip so special. From the very beginning, she took the time to really listen to what we wanted and to understand our travel style. She offered thoughtful suggestions and excellent recommendations that felt perfectly tailored to us, not generic. She is incredibly organized, a great communicator, and always had a quick response time. Debbie checked in with us during our trip and was responsive even while we were in Italy and she was in California, which gave us so much peace of mind. She is easy to talk to, genuinely kind, and clearly cares about her clients. It truly felt like she wanted to get to know us and make sure we had the best possible experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent and would absolutely work with Debbie again for future trips.

Debbie could not have been better. She answered emails and our many questions very promptly and patiently and went way out of her way to help us with various admin tasks, eg the online check in. She considered our needs in making restaurant reservations and was extremely professional. Highly, highly recommend.

Both my husband and I are in our 80’s and are not at all into all the high tech that we encountered in booking this cruise. We would have given up the entire trip if it weren’t for Debbie Kleinbauer! She spent many hours with us trying to get through the booking process, came to our home and sat with us to get through all the computer issues. We were so grateful for her help in making dinner reservations (for 7 of us!) Also she helped with the shore excursion reservations. Her patience with us was truly extraordinary and endless! We will surely recommend her to anyone who has travel plans!
