Working with Debbie was incredible. The time and attention she put into curating the perfect trip was evident in every detail. From the thoughtfully arranged dinner reservations to her spot-on day-trip recommendations and the exceptional amenities, especially access to the Elwood Club, everything exceeded expectations. I’ve stayed at the Pendry and the Newport Beach area many times before, but booking through Debbie made it a completely different and truly wonderful experience.

Debbie could not have been better. She answered emails and our many questions very promptly and patiently and went way out of her way to help us with various admin tasks, eg the online check in. She considered our needs in making restaurant reservations and was extremely professional. Highly, highly recommend.

Both my husband and I are in our 80’s and are not at all into all the high tech that we encountered in booking this cruise. We would have given up the entire trip if it weren’t for Debbie Kleinbauer! She spent many hours with us trying to get through the booking process, came to our home and sat with us to get through all the computer issues. We were so grateful for her help in making dinner reservations (for 7 of us!) Also she helped with the shore excursion reservations. Her patience with us was truly extraordinary and endless! We will surely recommend her to anyone who has travel plans!

Debbie did an incredible job planning our trip to Italy! She is super knowledgeable and had great ideas that I never would have thought of myself. She organized practically everything for us and helped us create the perfect itinerary. She made sure everything was in place before we left and even checked in while we were away to make sure everything was going smoothly. I'm so glad I reached out to her to help us--if I had just planned the trip myself as I usually do it just would not have been as great of an experience and it would have been a lot more stressful planning everything!
