My Story
My love of travel started early, thanks to my father’s passion for exploring the world’s top scuba diving spots. I joined him on many of his adventures, and these experiences sparked a lifelong curiosity and appreciation for discovering new places. This has fueled my 25+ years as a professional travel planner and—whether it’s a solo adventure, a milestone trip, or a much-needed mind and body reset—I still love designing trips that help my clients reconnect, recharge, and return home feeling refreshed... Already dreaming about what’s next.
Travel Style
As a globetrotter with a passion for creating luxurious experiences for discerning clients, my own travels are a romantic odyssey… Journeys through picturesque landscapes that always lead to intimate retreats. I recently returned from a six-week journey that began in Greece, continued with a walking trip through Croatia, then a few days in Paris and wrapped up with a river cruise to Normandy. A rail journey through Italy with close friends is another favorite. Starting in Milan, then we hopped on a train to Como, basing ourselves in Varenna for gorgeous hikes around the lake. From there, we traveled to Venice, and went on to explore Bologna (see my guide below) and its famous portico walk to San Luca. Continuing south to experience the beautiful chaos of Naples, and finally landing in Sicily, where we joined a week-long culinary tour of the iconic island. Whether savoring a sunset over Santorini or a candlelit dinner in Paris, my travel style embodies all the alluring adventure that the world has to offer.

Debbie is an exceptional travel advisor and made our entire trip flawless. Planning a major vacation to the Maldives for milestone birthdays is no small task, but she handled every single detail perfectly. She coordinated everything smoothly, took all of our preferences into account, and ensured that our stay was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Her communication was always timely and clear, which completely took the stress out of the planning process. Because of her expertise, we had the trip of a lifetime and got engaged in paradise. Often spending extra time contacting Explora for technical issues, arranging and confirming our plans. While on the trip, she supported us during a late return to the ship, helping alleviate panic.

My travel advisor, Debbie Hayes was very proficient in scheduling my tour which included this fabulous, luxury hotel in central Paris, close to everything including Metro and walking distance to city highlights and incredible restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again, although I questioned the extra night added and the price. I was able to book my original room so I wouldn’t have to move rooms, however the hotel charged me the junior suite price. I feel they should have charged me the delux room original price, especially since I was with an exclusive tour co. that chose this hotel specifically for their style and needs.
