David planned this whole UAE trip for us. From flying first class on Etihad and Emirates to staying at some of the most luxurious resorts, I have been extremely blessed to experience UAE in such a unique way. He has gotten better over the years working with the hospitality industry to make our vacations special, and I always got the VIP treatment.

David booked this stay using an exclusive rate which gave me lots of valuable perks such as free breakfast and $100 credit. He reserved a New Year’s Eve special dining at an aquarium restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise and the most memorable experience during the trip. When I ran into issues with the room, David reached out to the resort on my behalf, then the resort upgraded us to an oceanfront suite. As a first time user of luxury travel agent services, I think it significantly improved my overall experience, and I got a true taste of luxury.

After never doing a cruise nor using a travel advisor for any of my previous trips, Mr. Xiah made this experience as easy and seamless as it could be. He eliminated all of the anxiety and frustrations that come with booking all the necessary vacation items! David was very patient and easy to communicate with. We simply told him our hotel preferences, and he browsed through all the hotels we might like, giving us a list to choose from. David also communicated with the hotels on our behalf, securing an upgrade to the Andaz suite and confirmed 4 pm late check-out. Choosing David was definitely the right decision. He significantly reduced the time spent on booking a hotel and provided VIP perks that we couldn't have gotten on our own.
