David was very patient and easy to communicate with. We simply told him our hotel preferences, and he browsed through all the hotels we might like, giving us a list to choose from. David also communicated with the hotels on our behalf, securing an upgrade to the Andaz suite and confirmed 4 pm late check-out. Choosing David was definitely the right decision. He significantly reduced the time spent on booking a hotel and provided VIP perks that we couldn't have gotten on our own.

David did a fantastic job assisting me with my travels and I felt very well taken care of. David was able to get me an early check in and late check out, significantly increasing the amount of time I was able to spend at such a lovely hotel. He even prepared me a nice welcome gift with a personalized note. I would certainly book my travel with David again. 10/10 recommend for others looking for help with their travels!
