I was going to make the reservation for Palm Springs myself through Priceline or Expedia as I always do. However I got to talk to David and he gave me an option of paying a little more but get many other extra benefits. Since David made the reservation, it gave me Luminous status at JW Marriott. I got $220.00 of credits at the hotel which I used it all. I got early check in and early check out at no extra charge. Plus other benefits. David even arranged some gifts to be delivered to our room for my girlfriend's birthday.
I'm so happy I went through David for my hotel reservation. I will definitely do it again.
