I haven’t used a travel agent in years and now I feel like I’ve been missing out. The booking process was a breeze. Dave handled all the details in the background. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcomed upgrades, personal touches from staff, and top-notch service throughout our stay thanks to his diligent pre-booking research and thorough pre-arrival communications.

Dave did a great job working within the requests / guidance I gave him. He offered a few options that met my guidance as well as one or two others that he though might also work for my needs. It was very helpful to have a few options but not too many to be overwhelmed. He was available to answer all the clarifying questions I had and checked in throughout the trip to ensure things were going to plan.
