We were looking for options other than the five hotel on the Palm and he presented us with other choices from which to consider. He helped us by giving quality choices at the most reasonable prices. He sent the hotel comparison information to us in our personal folder, making it easily accessible (one click). Even after the initial booking he continued to look for a better price/upgrades than what we had.
