Darlene listened & found us the prefect fit to make a memorable vacation. The hotel had endless amenities and a spacious room for my family of 5. She provided a list of near by attractions and restaurants. It was extremely helpful having it all right there on the app.

Darlene was an absolute pleasure to work with. After returning from our Disney cruise, we knew we wanted to add one extra day in Florida to relax and recharge before heading home—but we had no idea where to start. Darlene, drawing on her extensive travel experience and perspective as a mom, quickly understood exactly what we needed and found the perfect place for us to stay.
She thoughtfully selected a hotel that required no car, within walking distance of a private beach, complete with a rooftop pool, and close to a fun tour boat ferry and a charming boardwalk filled with fantastic dining options. There was also easy access to shopping and kid-friendly playgrounds, which made everything incredibly convenient.
The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable—Darlene anticipated needs we hadn’t even considered and made the whole process feel effortless and fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Darlene made booking our Disney cruise completely effortless from start to finish. We knew the Disney Destiny was the perfect ship for our family—with its heroes and villains theme that really appeals to older kids—but Darlene elevated the entire experience far beyond just choosing the right itinerary.
To make the trip feel even more magical, she surprised us with Disney bag tags ahead of time, which added so much excitement as we packed. And when we boarded the ship after a busy travel morning, we were greeted with a thoughtful spread of snacks and treats for both the kids and adults—such a perfect, energizing touch that set the tone for an amazing vacation.
Darlene also took care of entering all of our information into the Disney Cruise app, ensuring everything was accurate and seamless. It eliminated any stress or guesswork and made the entire process smooth, efficient, and truly enjoyable.
