Dan was the best! He made our entire trip to Italy seriously easy, like a travel expert in our back pocket! This was a complicated trip of business and pleasure with the request to maximize point spend over a variety of programs. There is no-one better equipped to handle this than Dan! Dan was on it! Also I would not recommend the Moxy. Was convenient for train but lots of sketchy people near train and not really downtown Verona.
