My Travel Style
Location, location, location. Choosing the right hotel in the right location is essential to successful travel. My expertise is research and my goal is to always find the nicest (in-budget) hotel in the best location to experience the food, culture, history and fun of a destination. I'm a big fan of exploring with local guides, especially the first time in a new city or country.

Crystal could not have been more helpful. She had lots of useful information and responded quickly to all our inquiries. I really like the trip plan software. She made that very useful for us.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Crystal. What really stands out for us is how well Crystal listened to what we wanted and gave us options tailored to our desires. She found an absolutely amazing three-day Highlands tour for us. She communicated with us very well both before and during our trip and kept us updated. The information she put in the travel app for us, including maps, was very helpful. She was very collaborative with us, and as a result, we feel we had exactly the trip we wanted. Smooth, wonderful experience from start to finish. I will also add that we had the trip wanted at the level of convenience and luxury we wanted (higher for some things, not as much for others) for what I consider a great price—less than half a quoted price from someone else for a trip not nearly as well-tailored to our desires as what Crystal put together. I am confident that if we wanted to change our level of luxury for a future trip, or had wanted to adjust it for this trip, Crystal could and would have accommodated us. A key to how great our experience with Crystal has been is how well she listened to us in regard to what we wanted. The trip she put together for us was all the more impressive because she had not planned a trip like this to Scotland before, so she wasn't pulling from things already known to her. She did original research and found us great things. We will definitely work with Crystal for future trips. A+ superlative experience with Crystal.
