Crystal is an extremely attentive and knowledgeable travel agent. We provided her with a general idea of our itinerary and budget, and she provided us exactly what we were looking for. Not only that, but she was on top of rate drops once booked and would get us rebooked at the lower price. I highly recommend Crystal for all your travel needs!

Booking with Crystal made the entire process extremely easy and took a lot of the work off our shoulders so we could concentrate on enjoying our vacation! She helped cancel, rebook, and shift hotels around when we changed our itinerary and even went out of her way to assist with flight complications to help us receive a refund when that wasn’t even a part of her job description for us! Could not recommend Crystal enough and so thankful for everything she did to make my birthday trip to Italy amazing!

We are so thankful for our booking experience with Crystal! I provided our goals, priorities, and timelines for our Ireland vacation. Crystal provided timely, appropriate, excellent options for our hotels, restaurants, and activities, all within budget. We enjoyed our dining at each of the restaurants that were reserved for our stay. The pre-purchased bus, train, and tour tickets were so easy to access. The pace of the trip was exactly what we asked for, and the trip itinerary app was so helpful. Several of the hotels and restaurants Crystal reserved for us noted the purpose of the trip: to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. Many offered beautiful, surprise desserts or notes accordingly, making him feel special all along the way. The intentionality Crystal provided us was truly a gift in itself.
