Superb. All arrangements from airfare, car rental (new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Hertz) and hotel were exemplary and exceptional. We had a great stay and vacation without the do-it-yourself hassles and concerns (our usual way of traveling). This was our first experience with Courtney but it certainly won't be our last. She can do it all!!!! We will gladly and enthusiasticaly recommend her to family, friends and all others who may be interested in her services.

We used Courtney to plan our 20 year anniversary trip. I tend to over think and over research when planning a vacation and end up making myself crazy! Courtney took all of that stress away! We gave her a few key points that were important to us and she came to us with excellent options to choose from. Her suggestions helped to make this trip an unforgettable experience. We had a few last minute changes while on vacation and she handled those immediately. We are already having her plan our next family vacation!

I told Courtney exactly what I needed and she had my flights, rental car and hotel booked by the end of the day. She was especially helpful in that I flew into 1 city and picked up my car but I flew home from a different city and was able to turn in my car at that airport. Everything was seamless.
