Easy to communicate with, quick response time for any questions/concerns we had. Kept me informed every step of the booking process. Built a trip around my travel goals, offered options to choose from without making it overwhelming, and incorporated points of interest along our drives. Loved the use of the Tern app for easy access to our very personalized, detailed itinerary. The inclusion of what to pack/wear was helpful due to the variations in climate. Would absolutely recommend Courtney’s services and will be utilizing her for booking in the future.

Courtney was so incredible through every step of our vacation. She was extremely detailed and thorough while we were planning our trip. She always made herself available to chat whenever we had questions or needed clarification on our itinerary. Even while we were on our trip, she was in constant communication with us as well as the hotels/drivers we used. She made everything so seamless and was a true pleasure to work with! To say thank you is not enough. The trip was beyond amazing. All of our tours were small and intimate. Sometimes just the three of us. The guides were well educated, informative and knew the best ways to navigate the crowds.

Booking the drivers and trains in advance was a life saver. As we discovered when skipping from town to town in Cinque Terre. Which was amazing to see.

Every single thing went so smoothly. Every tour, transfer and hotel was amazing. The airline changed our flights and they were ridiculous so Courtney worked her magic and found us great flights. This woman is underpaid.
