Courtney was nothing short of amazing! She was resourceful, kind, and efficient. She listened to exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon. She quickly was able to find a resort and excursions that exceeded what we were looking for. When we had a question she responded promptly and was so helpful. Courtney also went out of her way to do check-ins with us leading up to our trip to ensure we were all set to go and answered all the questions we had. She told us about the honeymoon package we were eligible for as long as we brought a copy of our marriage license to the resort. In the midst of the craziness before our wedding she sent us a friendly reminder to make sure we were able to get a copy of the license made! In addition, during our honeymoon Hurricane Beryl struck during one of the last days of our vacation and when we had a scheduled excursion. Courtney took care of it right away! She contacted the company explaining we wanted a refund since we wouldn't have had time to reschedule the excursion before the end of our trip. We didn't even have to worry or stress about getting our money back while on vacation. Lastly, it is very evident Courtney has a love for travel and she is very well traveled herself so she has amazing recommendations!
