I live on a ranch in Golden, Colorado with my husband, 2 dogs, 2 horses, a barn cat and lots of wild animals!

Courtney took the time to research the best resort that would fit my needs as a well seasoned traveler in the luxury space. She also set up advanced restaurant reservations, a spa appointment and let the hotel know my food restrictions before I got there.

Courtney was able to research the right hotel to accommodate our needs of being centrally located so that we could visit all our children who live in different areas of San Francisco. She was professional, responsive and she was also able to get us perks (like getting us a room upgrade) that we wouldn’t have been able to access had we booked this hotel on our own. She also booked our rental car which also saved us time.

I recently did a site inspection while staying at the Ritz Carlton South Beach. While this property is nice and centrally located, I would rate my overall experience a 7/10 and not up to the Ritz “brand” that one would expect.
